Yesterday for tech I am still doing mechatronics and sewing, my first class is mechatronics we had a reliever teacher because our other teacher was away. We had to wait about 20-30 minutes for the boys bus because their bus was late, so while we waited the reliever teacher told us a story about a pea factory and it was really weird. For mechatronics we had to make a mini putt which is we had to add lego pieces to a block thingy and get the robots to hit a ping pong ball into a hole. The hole was a ramp like a golf course and then we hadto get the robot to code and hit the ping pong ball and try get it into the hole.

After we had our break I went to sewing, sewing is my least favorite class because I don't know how to sew and I always forget what bit of my bag I am up to. I always have to get the sewing teacher to help me. Yesterday I sewed the sides of my bag and got the handles but I also didn't know how to put them on so next week I am going to get the teacher to help me. I am going to try work hard next week so I can get it finished and take it home.

For William pike, for my passion project I am still working on Spanish. I am starting to understand more Spanish without looking at what the words mean, some words are easy and then some words are hard. I am happy with how much Spanish I have learnt. My goals are still to understand more Spanish and then start having conversations in Spanish.

100 questions

Today in maths for my division test I got 100/100 and my time was 8 minutes and 28 seconds. The questions I struggled most on was the 12 times tables but I ended up figuring it out. My goal is to get under 8 minutes.

1 meter bike challenge

For maths we were doing a 1 meter bike challenge, the aim was to see who could get closest to 1 meter riding a bike. We put a chalk mark at the tire and then rode the bike and estimated how much 1 meter was, then stooped the bike and put a mark where we stopped and measured how long it was.

My length was 94 cm I was 6 cm off.
