Jellie park

On Friday the year 7/8 students went to Jellie park as a day out. We spent around 5 hours there, it was pretty fun. We had to go on a bus for like 20 minutes, because Jellie park is over near Papanui. When we got there we had to go into 2 lines one was if you're going on the hydro-slide as well as swimming and the other one was if you were just swimming. After we had gotten changed and all that we got to go straight into the pools. I went into the pools for about 10 minutes and then went onto the hydro-slide, since I have a fear of heights going up the stairs to the hydro-slide was a bit scary for the first time. I only went on the hydro-slide twice and went into the pools for a bit. Sometimes I ended up sunbathing for a bit but was that a mistake... I got sun burnt really bad again. When it was like 30 minutes left of us swimming I got out and got changed.

Overall it was a great day!
